An adidas shoe size can be written in several systems: EU, UK, and US. The most accurate method is foot length in centimetres. We do not copy the size chart here; it is on each shoe’s page.

How to measure your foot

• Stand on paper against a wall at the end of the day, when the foot is largest.
• Mark the longest point and measure the distance in centimetres.
• Measure both feet and use the larger number.
• Compare it with the size chart on the shoe page, not with an old shoe’s size.
