How to measure your foot

1. Stand on paper with your heel against a wall.
2. Mark the tip of the longest toe and measure from the wall in cm.
3. Measure both feet, use the longer one, ideally at the end of the day.
4. Pick "Foot length" in the converter and enter the number.

How it works

We read one row of Nike's official chart: the closest size to your number in the chosen system. For foot length we pick the first size whose foot length is equal to or longer than yours. Nike lists foot length in inches; we converted it to cm (× 2.54) and rounded to one decimal. The CM/JP column is Nike's cm size, not foot length.

I am EU 42, what is that in US?

Why do men's and women's US sizes differ?

US women's numbers run higher than men's for the same foot, about 1.5 apart in Nike's chart (e.g. men's 8 = women's 9.5).

What do C and Y mean in kids' sizes?

C is for babies and little kids (child), Y for big kids (youth). After 13.5C comes 1Y.

Does it fit every brand?

It is Nike's chart only. adidas, PUMA and others are close but not always identical.
